4. What will you have to pay us for our services? |

Insurance |

| We will charge you a one off administration fee for setting up Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance. This fee will reflect the cost of one month’s premium for the cover we quote you. We will not charge a fee for Term Assurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Buildings Insurance, Contents Insurance. | |
You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy. |

Mortgages

| No fee. We will be paid by commission from the lender/company. | |

An Initial Application fee of £150.00 payable at the outset which will cover the costs of any initial assessment and a Broker fee up to a maximum of £2,495.00, which is payable at the completion stage of your mortgage. We will also be paid commission by the lender. |
You will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it. |

Refund of fees |

If we charge you a fee, and your mortgage does not go ahead, you will receive: |

| No refund if you decide not to proceed or the application is cancelled due to non-disclosure or inaccurate information on your behalf. | |
5. Who regulates us? |

6. What to do if you have a complaint? |

If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us in writing at Crystal Clear Home Loans 3 Furze Court, Wickham Road, Fareham, PO16 7SH or by phone on 01329 225283. If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. | |
7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? |

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. |
