Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) has revealed details of its first commercial property zone.
Set to be held at Manchester's G-MEX on May 14th and 15th, the expo may be of interest to commercial mortgage borrowers or intermediaries specialising in commercial mortgages, as well as financial advisers.
Daniel Nwaokolo, Manchester show director at MBE, said that many intermediaries and independent financial advisers are turning to commercial mortgages and other forms of commercial finances in an attempt to diversify.
"There are a number of individual niche sectors in this area and the sessions are designed to provide up-to-date information on product developments, client demand and the ways to maximise the opportunities available," he said.
Adam Tyler, chief executive of show organiser the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, added that the zone and accompanying seminar timetable are an ideal introduction to commercial finance.
The G-MEX, also known as the Manchester Central Convention Complex, is situated in the centre of the city and caters for both conferences and exhibitions.
